A Helping Hand: Women mentoring women

Mentoring has been widely used in the workplace to help individuals fully realize their potential. Learn how the OSCE has been pairing up women in Serbia to give them a greater role in society, business and politics.

The Follow Us documentary film features the Budva Process (now renamed Follow Us initiative), a dialogue of prominent women from Belgrade and Pristina. The initiative was launched in 2012 and has been facilitated since then by the OSCE Mission to Serbia and the OSCE Mission in Kosovo. The documentary places an emphasis on encouraging the importance of dialogue for the two societies and regional co-operation.
