This event brings together central government authorities, civil society leaders and local government representatives to discuss how to ensure sustainable and balanced digital transformation in a way which ensures that central government institutions and megacities do not leave smaller regions, cities and towns behind.
Eastern Europe has achieved limited success in solving the problem of unbalanced digitization of public services across central and local levels of state administration.
The Personal Democracy Forum (PDF) Ukraine 2020 aims to create a platform for discussion and exchange of experience with the aim of identifying ways to address this problem by gathering policy-makers, technical experts and civil society leaders from across the Eastern Partnership region.
